Welcome to Dr PHYSIO iQ. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, and online physiotherapy consultation services provided by Dr. Ashish Kumar Saini (PT) and the Dr PHYSIO iQ team. By booking a consultation via our Website, WhatsApp, or Google Forms, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Nature of Services & Medical Disclaimer
Dr PHYSIO iQ provides online physiotherapy consultations, virtual rehabilitation plans, posture correction guidance, and sports injury recovery protocols. While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, it is crucial to understand the limitations of tele-rehabilitation.
Our online services are strictly for non-emergency musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation. If you are experiencing severe trauma, acute unmanageable pain, chest pain, or a life-threatening medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or call emergency services immediately.
- Accuracy of Diagnosis: Since our consultations are entirely virtual, our diagnosis and treatment plans are based solely on the information, symptoms, medical history, and visual media (photos/videos/reports) you provide us. We cannot physically palpate or manually test the affected area.
- No Guarantee of Cure: Physiotherapy requires time, consistency, and active patient participation. While we utilize evidence-based practices, we do not guarantee a 100% cure or specific timeline for recovery.
2. Patient Responsibilities
To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the treatment, you agree to:
- Provide honest, accurate, and complete information regarding your medical history, past surgeries, and current medications during your assessment (via Google Form or WhatsApp).
- Immediately inform the Dr PHYSIO iQ team if any prescribed exercise causes sharp pain, dizziness, or exacerbates your symptoms.
- Follow the prescribed exercise regimens and ergonomic advice carefully. Performing exercises incorrectly or aggressively beyond the recommended sets/reps is done at your own risk.
3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
Booking Process
Consultations can be booked via our integrated Google Form or direct WhatsApp messaging. Upon submitting your details, our team will reach out to schedule a confirmed time slot.
Payments
All consultation fees must be paid in advance prior to the commencement of the video consultation or the delivery of the customized exercise protocol. We accept payments via standard UPI, Net Banking, and major digital wallets.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp. Refunds for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be at the sole discretion of Dr PHYSIO iQ.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Dr PHYSIO iQ website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, exercise diagrams, and blog articles—is the exclusive property of Dr PHYSIO iQ and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission from Dr. Ashish Kumar Saini.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr PHYSIO iQ, Dr. Ashish Kumar Saini, and associated team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or worsening of conditions arising from the use of our website or virtual consultation services. By participating in our online physiotherapy programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways, informative articles). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
